An eight-week process of self realization that enables participants to determine what they want and to discover the drive to achieve it:  

  • Empowerment

  • Fulfillment

  • Motivation

  • Action

 

Take Control of your life. Become the creator of your future

 

Remove Blocks that delay success by becoming aware of self-defeating 

 internal programming that impedes achievement.

 

Discover what you really want through a process that separates temporary

  superficial desires from meaningful endeavors that lead to long-term fulfillment.

 

Design your future by creating a systematic strategic plan to accomplish goals.

 

Take action Getting started is often the most difficult part of creating positive change. 

In this program, implementation begins in the first session.  By the last session attendees 

will be actively engaged in the creation a more fulfilling life.

 

 

Increase the ability to cause positive change by understanding:

 

Physiology Examine neurological processes that affect motivation. 

These include: memory, emotions, brain chemistry, the anticipation of pleasure, and habit formation. Find out how your brain automatically works to influence a continuation of current habits even when you want to change.

 

Psychology Learn about how belief, and emotion forms perception that is independent from reality.  Eliminate self-defeating behavior that delays personal fulfillment. Become aware of subconscious beliefs by learning how to override engrained self-defeating programming.

 

Reduce depression, anxiety and fear.
